  • Assignment #1 - How to get organized with your e-learning
    • Read through the instructions on how to be a respectful online student​ and comment on the assignment thread
    • Open and complete assignment #1b: Organization - create a schedule/planner for yourself, and list out each class, the platform that the teacher will be using, and their e-mail. 
  • Fitness Program - choose 2 upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts, and 2 core workouts each week. Its best to schedule it so that you are not doing two of the workouts on the same day. 
    • At the end of each week you will complete a Journal/training log based on your week. There will be 2-3 questions to prompt your journal response. ​
  • GSS Fitness Challenges! 
    • Miss Holland has created an Instagram ​account that we will be documenting our fitness challenges on. 
    • Below is the calendar of challenges - we would love it if you and your family played along!
